If you’ve ever wanted a personal story to become tangible, you’ve come to the right place.

Share a story with me about love, safety, belonging, or connection. From there we can dream of a painting together, these can be figurative or abstract. I do want to clarify that these specific commissions are conceptual based, so they will not be based on a photograph you’d like perfectly replicated. However, photographs can be used to help inspire the painting!

After reserving your space, this is where the fun begins! Based on your story, we will dream of the vision together with a series of questions. Some examples could include:

What size painting would you prefer?

Would you like this to be a figurative or abstract painting?

What colors come to mind when you think of this memory?

If someone is with you, what are you both doing together?

Are you inside or outside?

We can do as much or as little of this part of the process that you’d like, but the more information I know, the more thoughtful the painting will be!

The reservation payment you made will be used to consult over email, purchase materials and dedicate time to bring your personalized vision to life!

Because of the thorough planning process prior to painting your piece, I do ask you to provide me creative control. By booking a reservation, you are trusting me to create something original and special based on your lived experience, and that is the ultimate goal! Throughout the commission process, I will provide progress photos via email with you. When I feel the piece is finished, there will be one more photo sent to you for review.

If there is a chance you are not satisfied with the finished result and do not wish to move forward with receiving the painting, do not fret: I will provide the initial down payment back as studio credit. Due to the time taken, planning, and materials to create this original piece, I will still have rights to the painting should you choose not to purchase it.
