'Something Gold Can Stay'

$2,500.00

Oil + gold leaf on linen

11” x 14” inches.

2026

Created in Savannah, Ga during my SCAD alumni atelier ambassadorship + residency. In the midst of painting 13 portraits, there was a time when my mind needed some more space to explore. I played and experimented with golden grasses and small shapes of gold leaf to create 'Something Gold Can Stay', a small abstract piece about the lingering feelings of nostalgic longing for a time that has come and gone.
